The HIGHLIGHTS of our villa.

• 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom private house with lanai, s/w facing private pool and spillover spa-tub. Sleeps 10.
• NO REAR NEIGHBOURS! The importance of ‘no rear neighbours’ in Windsor Hills cannot be understated as 90% of homes back onto each other with no privacy, the pool areas in many cases can come as close as 10 feet together
• Large outside pool area with spa, complimentary pool heating included FREE OF CHARGE, seating, table and sun loungers, outside large scale connect 4 with other pool games, with no rear neighbours plus the addition of Florida Glass, which means the side of the pool is fully frosted on the lower sections giving total privacy
• So close to Disney World, some of the sights and sounds of the fireworks can be observed from the front of the Villa.
• AVENGERS themed Game Room: Pool table, Air Hockey, massive smart tv with PS4 & old school games consoles with a comfortable sofa, plus LED ambient wall up-lighting.

• Enhanced cleaning policies in place, which includes a 5 hour deep-clean in between groups by a commercial and licensed cleaning company.
